Canadian Students: Accounts are automatically added by your school when you are eligible to apply for visiting electives. When your school creates your account, you will receive an activation email to activate your account and login using the Login button above. A user guide will be provided by your school to give you step by step instructions on how to navigate the student portal and apply for electives.
International Students: To prepare for Visiting Electives, you can start the registration process by completing the “Homeschool Verification Form”. Once verified by your homeschool, you will receive an activation email to activate your account and login using the button above.

Application consists of two separate fees:
These fees are in place to help fund the visiting electives programs and to support the tools that help students like you apply.
This is a one time non-refundable registration fee to access Portal Services. Paying the Registration Fee does not guarantee a placement.
Canadian Students: $250
International Students: $650
*some fee exemptions apply

Please note, schools must respond to the student within 12 weeks of receiving an application.
Students will have 1 week to accept an offer.
